Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfyed with your product! You may return any item within 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please provide original packaging.
Please email sales@recoveryreminders.com in order to return your merchandise. Please include the reason for your return and your order number in the email. Please note, we are not responsible for the return shipment cost should you decide to send back your item(s). Returns may take up to 12 business days to complete your refund and may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to you account.
Some products may be excluded from the return policy such as custom made bracelets. As a small business, we thank you for your support and understanding!
Exchanges:
Please email sales@recoveryreminders.com in order to exchange your merchandise. Please include the reason for your exchange and your order number in the email. Please note, we are not responsible for the return shipment cost should you decide to send back your item(s).

Late or missing refunds:
- First check your bank account (again).
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
