No problem! Send an email to email@example.com and we will send you steps to exchanging your bracelet for the correct size. Please note, you must do this within 15 days of your purchase to receive a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for the shipping costs incurred if you decide to return/exchange.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BRACELET?
To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, store in a cloth bag (provided) or in a cool, dry place. Please remove your jewelry before contacting with water or any chemical products. You may clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
ARE THE BRACELETS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
We do not recommend our products for children under the age of 8 as they can be a choking hazard.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS IN ONE ORDER?
If you’d like to ship your packages to multiple locations as gifts, please kindly complete separate transactions.
